Nunhead Art Trail 2014

I missed blogging about the Nunhead Art Trail 2014 - which I was part of. However, the wonderful Shearclass Shoe Repairs shop where I exhibited still have my prints up, so if you pop down to the £3 Bazaar on Saturday 14 December from 12-6pm, you will see my cards but if you want to view my larger print then cross over and head to Shearclass Shoe Repairs.

Putney Art and Design Market

On Sunday 4 May I was part of the first Putney Art and Design Market. I shared the stall on the embankment with fellow artist and photographer Tony Samuel. 

Telegraph Hill Open Studio 2014

  

It's that time of year for the Telegraph Hill Festival – and that also means Open Studio. There will be new prints on display in a new open studio venue with photographer Tony Samuel and my usual partner Catie Roe, works in wood.

From Nunhead to Bermondsey

The Nunhead Art Trail was a great experience for all seven artist who showed with me, as I am sure it was for all who took part. I feel we all enjoyed this new art adventure that added to the eclectic mix of Nunhead's art scene.  Thank you also to Aniko at Papa Bear who allowed us to have a group show in her stylish furniture shop.

Onwards to the CPG Gallery Open in Bemondsey, which runs from 13 November until 1 December (Wednesday – Sunday from 11am – 4pm.) The preview is on Sunday 10 November from 2-4pm at CPG Gallery, Southwark Park, SE16 2UA. I will be showing one piece in the CPG Gallery Open along with my fellow Nunhead Trailer Caroline Gregory.

Nunhead Art Trail

I will be in a group show as part of the first Nunhead Art Trail on 28 & 29 September at Papa Bear, 32 Nunhead Green. No. 28 on the map.

I'm still deciding what to show, but animals may be the main feature on my part of the wall at Papa Bear.

Three Colours and Black

Finally, some colour in my work. I think silk screen printing is difficult to do without colours. This image is from my drawing that was previously exhibited with text. The subject is a sculpture that my friend's mother made and it resides at the end of her garden, looking deep in thought and full of emotions.
